Add Live Bookmarks using RSS Feed in Firefox

Introduction: The Examples are given using Firefox version 2.0.0.4

RSS Stands for Really Simple Syndication

Why should I use RSS:

(Note: These are live Bookmarks are will automatically be updated when the site updates)

How can I do this?

  • The icon on the left is the icon for RSS feed, click on the icon to proceed.
  • "Add Live bookmark" dialog box will show up, Click ok and you are done.
  • Isn't it very simple!
  • Click Bookmarks > Bookmark Toolbar Folder & you will find the live bookmark of this site (Treasure of Knowledge).
Please note: If you cannot see the above icon, follow the below steps
Find for the text like
  1. Atom
  2. Syndicate
  3. Subscribe
  4. Feed
  5. RSS or
  6. XML
Now when ever you want to get all the topics dynamically bookmarked search this icon on the site, and click it. Or you can right click on this icon and select the option to "copy link location" and add the Bookmark manually.
